Document Intelligence
Every upload is automatically classified, verified, and scored against the right tax year, employer, and PAYE reference. Documents that pass are auto-confirmed as received, while anything that doesn't match is flagged or rejected before it reaches your desk, with the client asked to re-upload.
Client Upload Portal
Clients receive a secure, no-login link and upload records against a filing-specific checklist. Documents go straight to your cloud storage, and Prompt never stores files on its own servers.
Cloud Storage Sync
